Refund Policy

At Nakamura Travels LLC, we strive to deliver excellent service, but please note that most of our airline tickets, hotel bookings, tour packages, and service fees are non-refundable after booking. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email only.

Refund Conditions

  1. You have submitted a cancellation and refund request in writing.
  2. The airline, hotel, or service provider allows cancellation/refund.
  3. You are not a "no show" (most “no show” bookings aren’t refundable).
  4. Suppliers must grant a waiver to initiate the refund process.

Refund Request Process

We do not guarantee a specific time frame for refund processing. All requests are processed in the order received. Upon receiving your request, we will acknowledge it via email with a reference number. This is not a confirmation of eligibility or approval—only an acknowledgment of receipt.

Coordination with Suppliers

After submission, our support team coordinates with the relevant airlines or hotels. Final refund approval depends entirely on their policies. If approved, refunds may take 60–90 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to reflect in your account.

Important Notes

  • Original service and booking fees are non-refundable.
  • All refunds are subject to airline/hotel penalties.
  • Post-ticketing service fees apply if refund is approved and processed.
  • If the refund is denied, only post-ticketing service fees will be returned.
  • Online transaction or gateway charges are also non-refundable.
  • In case of airline bankruptcy or closure, Nakamura Travels LLC cannot be held liable.

Compassion Exception Policy (CEP)

As part of our CEP, we offer special considerations and discounts to:

  • U.S. Military personnel
  • Bereavement cases
  • Natural disaster-affected travelers
  • Customers with visual impairments
  • Senior citizens
  • Youth travelers

Cancellation Procedure

Cancellations must be submitted only from the registered email address used during booking. Phone or chat cancellations are not accepted. Once we receive your cancellation, a confirmation will be sent to the same email. If you no longer have access to that email, we may not be able to fulfill the request.
