1. Overview
At Nakamura Tours & Travels, we strive to deliver excellent service, but please note that most of our airline tickets, hotel bookings, tour packages, and service fees are non-refundable after booking. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email only. We may consider refund requests only if all the following conditions are met:
- You have submitted a cancellation and refund request to us in writing;
- The fare rules of the airline, hotel, or other service provider permit cancellation and refund;
- You are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings are not eligible for refunds);
- We are able to secure a waiver from the suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) to allow the refund process to move forward.
