Dhaka
Our busiest route, both directions, all year
From one desk in Tokyo to thousands of trips a year — the road that made Nakamura Tours & Travels the bridge between Bangladesh and Japan.
In 2014 we opened in Tokyo with one desk, one phone line and a simple idea: a traveller flying between Bangladesh and Japan deserves a fare they can trust and a person who answers.
That promise never changed. What grew around it was the network — more airlines, more routes, an office in Dhaka, and a support team that keeps working while our travellers sleep.
Ten years told in the moments that changed how we serve travellers.
Founded as a small local agency serving the Bangladeshi community in Japan, booking flights one traveller at a time.
Direct agreements with regional carriers let us quote fares our travellers could not find on their own.
A second office opened in Dhaka, putting a team on the ground at both ends of our busiest route.
Through the hardest year in travel we moved to round-the-clock support, rebooking and refunding by hand when systems could not.
Online search, instant e-tickets and a passenger portal — the counter experience, on your phone.
A decade of connecting two countries, now adding hotels and travel eSIMs to the same trusted booking.
Every city here started as one traveller asking whether we could get them there.

Where it all began, in 2014
The connection most of our travellers transit
Short hops and long hauls, same fare promise
Growing fast with our Malaysian partners
Business travel and onward connections
We quote the full fare, explain the rules, and say no when a route does not suit you.
A delayed flight at 3am is still our problem. Support does not keep office hours.
Dhaka and Tokyo work as one desk, so nothing is lost between time zones.
Each thing we automate gives our people more time for the trips that need a human.
Small enough to know your name, organised enough to get it right.
Finds the routing that actually works, not just the cheapest row on a screen.
Reschedules, refunds and the 3am phone call — the team travellers remember.
Keeps the agreements that turn into the fares you see on the site.
Search live fares, or talk to the team that has been doing this since 2014.
